Under File then Preferences, you may see that the path to the LawTrust data file is named LawTrust.mdb. This is not the backup file of your data. This is the actual data file in the program. If you damage or delete this file, you will lose your data. You must follow the instructions below to make a backup of the data file. There is no substitute for backing up the data file per the instructions below.
