- If you submit a question that is answered on the "Support" site or in the manual, we will simply send you a response telling you to check out the support link or to read the manual.
The number one question we receive is "when will I receive my unlock key?" You must follow the instructions on this website to unlock the program. We cannot provide you with unlock keys without your following the instructions. Click on the link "Unlock Key."
Please read the FAQs and Manual as 99% of all questions are answered there. If the answer you seek has already been addressed, you will not receive a reply. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and unable to provide staff for phone calls and responses to questions that have been addressed and are posted on this website.
