Why no phone support? For many reasons, including: Every question we have ever been asked is answered either in the FAQ section or the manual. There is no question you could ask us that has not been answered on this website or addressed in the manual. We know it is easy and quick to call and get an answer, the problem is, we would spend all our time answering the phone. There are only 10 questions we have ever been asked since 2004 and those questions with answers are found under "Support" on this website. Even though we don't get calls, we get Emails asking the same questions over and over that are already answered on the website. We are sorry but in order for us to maintain some sanity, and help you learn the program, you need to check out the support link and the manual.
